All of our items are depicted accurately with correct measurements, dimensions, and weight listed for our clients to decide whether or not they would like to purchase an item.
The photos are intended to depict the design of the piece, not the actual dimensions. Please read all of the information provided for dimensions, and of course feel free to contact us with any questions or to request further information on a piece.
If you receive an item that you would like to return for a refund, we will be happy to accept a return under the following conditions:
1 – The buyer is financially responsible for returning the item back to us in MEXICO, where the business is located, and where the order originated. The business is not located in Oregon – that is simply the final stage of our shipping process (please refer to our shipping policies for further details).
This financial responsibility includes:
a) The actual shipping cost.
b) Any possible tariffs and/or taxes that the courier service might require us to pay before we can receive the package.
2 – The buyer may choose the courier of their choice for shipping, but the buyer is responsible for ensuring that the package arrives to us, so that we can issue the refund. The most reliable way to achieve this is to use some kind of service that includes online tracking with proof of delivery. Again, it is at the discretion of the buyer as to what service they would like to use, but the package and its contents must safely reach us before we can issue a refund.
